Fonctions

Shall perform the functions set out in the following paragraphs:

• The monitoring, preparation and submission of reports for the balanced scorecard.
• Technical support to the preparation of the Sectoral Conference of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
• The communication tasks entrusted to the Member State in relation to the actions of the National Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
• Technical support for the implementation of systems to ensure compliance with European and national standards of accredited contributions for submission to the European Commission for the application of committed disbursements.
• Representation within the coordination committees and working groups of the Recovery and Resilience Facility, as well as other committees or collegial bodies, whenever appropriate.

And those which, by virtue of its competencies, apply to it in the following paragraphs:

• Technical support to the Ministries, Autonomous Communities, Local Entities and other entities involved in the design of the Plan, as well as in any modifications to it that may be necessary.
• The monitoring of these milestones and objectives of the plan.
• Preparation of the proposals for reports foreseen in the regulations governing the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
• The proposal of any guidelines that may be necessary for the implementation of the plan.
• The proposal for the legislative development and regulation related to the management and management of the transfers and loans received from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, as well as the elaboration of the rules for the adequacy of the contributions to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan that may need to be established where appropriate.
