Throughout the programming period, assessments must be undertaken to improve the quality of the design and execution of the Programmes, in addition to evaluating their effectiveness, efficiency and impact. The results of assessment activities must be disseminated amongst all stakeholders to promote their integration in the management of programmes and they must be made available to the public.
