The management of the Structural Funds is articulated via Operational Programmes, in the case of Objective 1, and Single Programming Documents in the case of Objective 2. Each programme has priority axes and measures. These elements, counted as a whole, make up a development strategy to be applied for the duration of the programme. Projects hoping to obtain financing from the programme should be registered within this strategy. The programming complement contains a detailed description of the measures announced in the programme. Each measure has a precise financial cover, to which the programme administers will have recourse for financing individual projects.
