The communication strategy, designed in the Group of Communication Representatives, the GERIP network, which was embodied in the different Communication Plans through various actions contained in them, should be the subject of ongoing monitoring, which will be ratified in the different Follow-up Committees and in the respective annual reports. In addition, external assessors have to carry out an appraisal in 2010 and 2013 and their report will be included in the annual reports for these years.
Accordingly, the Spanish Group of Representatives for Information and Publicity (GERIP) has prepared a Guide for monitoring and assessing Communication Plans. The guide describes the criteria and tools for putting the monitoring and assessment process into practice.
