Co-financing is carried out by means of the “Operational Programme for Improvement of the Competitiveness and Development of the Productive Fabric”, which has been prepared in accordance with the strategic lines of the Community Support Fabric 2000-2006 for the Spanish Objective-1 regions approved by the European Commission on 15 February 2001.
