In accordance with Article 25 of Council Regulation (EC) nº 1260/1999 of 21 June 1999, establishing general stipulations for the Structural Funds, within the operational programme, the Structural Funds may finance the expense of an intervention including a series of jobs which are indivisible from a financial point of view and with a precise technical function, pursuing clearly-established objectives and the total cost of which is over 50 million euros. This type of operation is called “Large-Scale Projects”.
