INTERACT is a programme which co-ordinates the three chapter of the Community INTERREG III Initiative, approved by the Commission December 2002. The objective is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the three chapters of INTERREG III, to contribute to the quality of the programme and to provide support during their implementation.
