To keep the partnerships active in the evaluation phase of the ERDF 21-27 programmes, the Subdirectorate General for Planning and Evaluation of European Funds launched, on 3 March 2023, a consultation of the partnerships. This followed a similar format to the one carried out previously in the preparation phase of the Partnership Agreement and ERDF programmes. A pre-consultation was distributed without text, structured around a series of questions, tailored to each partnership category. The consultation’s aim, in keeping with the Partnership Agreement principle laid out in Article 8 of Objectives and General Rules of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 is to organise and implement a comprehensive partnership in accordance with its institutional and legal framework to be included in the ERDF 21-27 Evaluation Plan. It reconciles the interests of the different partners and contributes to lessons that may be useful in future planning periods.
