Axis 9.- Actions related to the reinforcement of COVID-19 crisis response capabilities, implemented by General State Administration bodies in the Ceuta Operational Programme 2014-2020, Specific Objective 9.7.1

Selection of operations under Axis 9, actions related to the reinforcement of COVID-19’s crisis response capacity, implemented by public bodies and entities of the General State Administration (a function carried out by the Intermediate Body of the Sub-Directorate General for Urban Development) (CONVOCATORIA CERRADA)

• The Sub-Directorate General for Urban Development is responsible for selecting operations related to actions to strengthen COVID-19 crisis response capabilities for co-financing under Axis 9 of the Ceuta Operational Programme 2014-2020.
• Potential beneficiaries are informed of the existence of this funding and the conditions and requirements for eligibility, and are informed about the submission and processing of the corresponding applications. All applications received will be registered and applicants will be informed of decisions taken on acceptance or rejection of their applications.
• The operations selected through this call for expressions of interest will be those aimed at actions related to strengthening COVID-19 crisis response capabilities, which are implemented by the Ministerial Departments, and whose eligible expenditure has been incurred under Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 1301/2013 from 1 February 2020, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2020/460 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 30 March 2020, amending Regulations (EU) No 1301/2013, (EU) No 1303/2013 and (EU) No 508/2014 as regards specific measures to mobilise investments in Member States’ healthcare systems in response to the outbreak of COVID‐19 (Coronavirus Response Investment Initiative). Proposals that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered.
