Selection of operations corresponding to Axis 2, action "e-Government and electronic public services", implemented by public bodies and entities of the Public Administration (a function currently exercised directly by the Managing Authority) -2023- (CLOSED CALL)

This action is managed by the Managing Authority as it is not effectively attributed to an Intermediate Body

This action had an open call in 2019, which was closed due to the reallocation of ERDF resources to the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic

In 2023, with the Operational Programme expected to be closed, the Managing Authority is again offering the possibility of accessing ERDF funding for this action.

Potential beneficiaries are informed of the existence of this funding and of the conditions and requirements for accessing it, as well as information on the presentation and processing of the corresponding applications. All applications received shall be registered and decisions on acceptance or rejection shall be communicated to the applicants

The operations selected through this call for expression of interest will be those aimed at the "Electronic public administration and services" action, which are carried out by public bodies and entities belonging to the Public Administration

Expenses incurred from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2023 is eligible, provided that it has not been completed at the date of submission of the application for co-financing. Proposals that do not take into account the criteria set out above will not be considered

Criteria for the selection of operations to be co-financed

Content of the application for co-financing for operations of interest for the "e-Government and electronic public services" action, developed by public bodies and entities of the Public Administration under Priority Axis 2 of the Multi-regional Operational Programme of Spain ERDF 2014-2020.

It is up to the Managing Authority to select for co-financing those operations corresponding to priority axes where management is not effectively assigned to an Intermediate Body. This is the case of the ‘e-Government and e-Public Services’ action of Axis 2 of the Spanish Pluri-Regional Operational Programme. Therefore, potential beneficiaries are informed of the existence of this financing and the conditions and requirements for access to it, as well as about the submission and processing of the corresponding applications. All applications received will be registered and applicants will be informed of decisions taken on acceptance or rejection of their applications.
The operations selected through this call for expressions of interest will be those aimed at the “e-Government and e-Public Services” action, implemented by public bodies and entities belonging to the General State Administration, and whose eligible expenditure has accrued since 1 January 2014 and has not been finalised at the date of submission of the request for co-financing. Proposals that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered.
