It is the duty of the ERDF Subdirectorate General for Management to choose the investment projects in primary healthcare infrastructure for cofinancing at a 100% rate under Specific Objective 20.1.5 "Support investments in infrastructure providing basic services to the general public"
Potential beneficiaries are notified about the availability of this funding, along with the terms and prerequisites on how to acquire it. Furthermore, they will receive guidance regarding the presentation and management of their corresponding applications. All applications received shall be registered and decisions on acceptance or rejection shall be communicated to the applicants.
Operations selected through this tender for expressions of interest must entail new investments in primary healthcare infrastructure.
The operations must be conducted by public bodies and entities of the General State Administration.
Eligible expenditure refers to costs incurred from 1 February 2020 in accordance with Article 92ter, point 8, ERDF paragraph, of Regulation (EU) No. 1303/2013, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2020/2221 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 December 2020, which modifies Regulation (EU) No. 1303/2013. The amendments were introduced to provide additional resources and implementing provisions to support the repair of economic crises caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and its social consequences, and to prepare for a green, digital, and resilient recovery of the economy (REACT EU).
