This section contains the European regulations of the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (RRM), as well as the Spanish Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR) and other documents containing information on the various measures planned and the milestones and objectives associated with their implementation.

This paragraph includes the regulations relating to the management system of the PRTR and the necessary requirements and obligations that must govern the implementation and monitoring of the reforms and investments financed by the MRR.
