Technical assistance service to public administrations for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR)
  • Protocol of adhesion to the technical assistance and invigoration service for the participation of public administrations in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR)  (pdf)
  • A technical assistance service has been set up for public administrations to participate in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), through a commission from the Secretariat of State for Budgets and Expenditure to its own TRAGSATEC, which is directed and coordinated by the General Secretariat of European Funds.
  • Thus, the aim of this initiative is to facilitate and invigorate the implementation of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, so that its actions fully reach the entire Spanish territory and its benefits reach the entire population.
  • The service is provided throughout Spain through provincial offices and is mainly aimed at supporting and assisting municipalities with less than 5000 inhabitants, but also includes other public administrations that may need assistance to participate in the Recovery Plan. In order to receive this technical assistance, the municipalities and administrations that wish to do so must voluntarily adhere to the service, although this does not entail additional obligations to those already included in the regulations for all PRTR executing entities, for which they must follow the attached protocol of adhesion available to them through the provincial TRACSATEC offices.
  • This service includes five groups of assistance activities for member administrations, such as technical assistance in the participation, monitoring and implementation of subprojects; technical assistance in the use of the integrated information system (CoFFEE); and assistance in complying with the PRTR management obligations.
