Single programming documents are multi-annual programmes, approved by the European Commission, which are equivalent to, and group together, in the case of this Objective, the elements contained in a Community framework for support and an operational programme. They reflect the diagnosis of the socio-economic problems of the beneficiary areas, the objectives and strategies to be developed and the main priorities for expenditure (priority axes) which are to be jointly-financed by the Structural Funds. There is a SPDoc for each of the Autonomous Communities with areas which benefit under Objective no. 2.
