Retention obligation of ERDF documents.

ERDF Operational Programmes for the 2000-2006 period have already been closed. However, there is an obligation to keep available to the Commission supporting documents relating to the Programme in accordance with Article 38.6 of Regulation 1260/1999 for a period of three years from the date the Commission announces the closure.
