The operational assessment is defined as a dynamic, ongoing and systematic process geared to enhancing the efficiency of the OPs through the analysis of the degree of execution of their warning indicators, the deviations from these indicators, and the modifications to be made between axes, for the purpose of achieving the aims planned. We are talking of a process relating to the monitoring of the execution of the OPs, although no pre-set times are laid down for the assessment processes as it is a question of a flexible framework in which the OPs will only be assessed when necessary.
